Personal Data is processed by Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A, Data Controller for the provision of these services. The Data supplied shall be executed for the above mentioned activities and failure to provide the required Data will prevent the Controller from providing and performing such activities.
We inform you that from hereon, in the case of admission to the Master Course, and for the successive internship, the Data may be disclosed, by law, to INAIL, to other relevant public authorities and insurance companies operative in the sector; for the execution of the master and internship, guardians and members of the examining board, as well as the host Related Subjects or interested parties (companies, professional institutions, communication agencies and consultancy practices).
The Personal Data may also be disclosed to third parties or to comply with legal obligations from legitimate public authorities or to assert or defend a legal claim. If necessary, in relation to particular services or products, Personal Data may be disclosed to third parties who perform, as independent data controllers, functions strictly connected and instrumental to the provision of such services or the supply of such products (e.g. Poste Italiane S.p.A, banks etc). Without the information, these services and products can not be provided. You are entitled to know the list of recipients of the information, who will treat the Data as independent Data with strictly related modality, by contacting the Data Processor (Telecom Italia, Piazza degli Affari, 6 - 20123 Milano).
With the consent of the Client, the Personal Data is disclosed for the marketing activity of Il Sole 24 ORE S.p.A. and directly by the latter, for marketing purposes on behalf of the Group Il Sole 24 ORE and also for third parties belonging to the following sectors: publishing, finance, economy, industry, luxury, services, telecommunications, insurance and no-profit. In future Il Sole 24 ORE reserves the right to carry out marketing activities on behalf of other third parties to be defined. Disclosure for marketing will be done through traditional means (paper mail) and by the use of distance communication, such as telephone, also without operator, electronic mail, mms. sms. The provision of Data for this purpose is optional and disclosure requires the client’s consent. The consent given for sending commercial and promotional communications via automated tools according to Article 130, paragraphs 1 and 2, Legislative Decree n. 196/2003 also extends to traditional methods of contact. The Personal Data may be processed by Officers in charge of managing the requested services, marketing activities and by the Data Manager.

In particular, the person concerned has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons: the processing of Personal Data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the collection purpose and, in any case, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him/her for marketing purposes. The right to object by the person concerned to the processing of Personal Data for the purposes of marketing done by automated methods extends to those traditional methods, allowing for the person concerned the possibility to exercise that right in whole or in part, or opposing, for example, to only the dispatch of promotional communications through automated tools.
